Beverley T. Mutandiro
Founder
Beverley T. Mutandiro is a compassionate leader, resilient survivor, and the visionary founder of Integration of Women Across Cultures (IWAC) — a movement built to empower, uplift, and unite women across backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities. Her journey is rooted in lived experience, strength through adversity, and a calling to help every woman feel seen, supported, and valued.
Beverley’s inspiration for IWAC began at the school gate of her youngest son’s former primary school, where she noticed how effortlessly children played and connected across cultures — while many parents remained disconnected and isolated. That moment sparked her mission to build a space where women, too, could integrate, grow, and thrive together.
Today, Beverley is in her second term as a Public Governor for one of the UK’s leading NHS Trusts, where she serves on the Anti-Racism Strategy Group, championing mental health equity and inclusive representation. She is a qualified Supported Living Manager in Mental Health, with a background in international business travel consulting, giving her strong cross-cultural and communication skills.
She is also a globally published author, a passionate Evangelist, and a human rights campaigner whose work and message have inspired people across the world. Her values are rooted in dignity, compassion, and the belief that every person has the right to their own choices — and their own voice.
Beverley’s life is also a powerful testimony. A survivor of multiple life-threatening medical experiences, she was revived under the NHS during moments when hope seemed lost.
“Your life matters. Mine almost ended — and that’s why I’m here to remind you: it’s never too late to begin again.”
She founded IWAC to create a safe, welcoming space for women of all cultures, ages, appearances, and abilities. Whether you’re a mother, Sisters, Aunties, Carers, Family or Friends and one may attend with their children if need be. You are welcome here.
“If you are a Woman in your community, You are IWAC.”
At IWAC, women connect through weekly activities that build confidence, encourage resilience, and bring real-life joy from cultural sharing and skill-building workshops to nature walks, mindfulness, and exploring the beauty of life in every corner of the UK.
“Enjoy your environment. Be ready for new experiences, life has so much to offer.”
Beverley also serves as Chairperson of the PTA at a respected, diverse school in her borough, working alongside school leaders and parents to promote inclusion, voice, and family engagement. She is currently completing her Master’s in Healthcare Leadership, proving that it’s never too late — or too early to grow.
“What you are today, or how you feel now, does not define who you can be tomorrow. You have the power to change your story.”
Beverley’s Message:
“I’ve faced struggles, and I know how hard life can be. That’s why kindness and compassion are at the heart of everything I do.
Be the reason someone feels seen, not the reason they fall.
Let’s live lives that are positively impactful — together.”
Beverley is married and a proud mother of three sons. She leads with humility, listens with empathy, and serves with purpose.
At IWAC, you matter.
Together, we learn. Together, we grow. Together, we rise.
Because iron sharpens iron — and when women come together, anything is possible.

We talk about life, womanhood, identity, creativity, and connection — but please note, we do not engage in religious or political discussions. Our focus is on unity, healing, empowerment, and joy.

Abuse doesn’t just harm the body it damages self-worth, mental health, and relationships. It can lead to depression, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts. Children raised in abusive homes may suffer emotionally and psychologically for life.
But cycles can be broken. Change begins when we speak. When we support one another. When we rise together.
Come let’s meet, connect, and support each other in this area too.
No woman should suffer in silence. Every woman deserves healing and hope.

Jeniffer Sabe
Community Integration Lead – West Midlands & Beyond
My name is Jeniffer, but I’m happily known as Jenny. I migrated from the sunshine to the sunshine of the United Kingdom over two decades ago, carrying with me a wealth of lived experiences from both worlds. My journey as a woman has been filled with challenges, growth, and deep purpose—and I’ve used every step to support, uplift, and empower others.
💬 A Heart for Women and Humanity I’ve volunteered with women’s advocacy groups, offering a listening ear and a compassionate heart. I understand the complexities of womanhood—the silent battles, the strength it demands, and the beauty it holds. I’ve supported women through their journeys, drawn strength from their stories, and stood alongside them in solidarity. My passion for humanitarian causes and diversity has shaped me into a connector of cultures and a champion for inclusion.

🌞 A Mindset of Hope and Endurance I believe that no season lasts forever. There is a time for everything under the sun, and even in the hardest moments, I choose to press on. That mindset has helped me encourage other women to rise, to believe, and to keep going. We are stronger than we know, and together, we can weather any storm.
🤝 Community Integration Lead – West Midlands & Beyond I’ve proudly taken on the volunteer role of Community Integration Lead for the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Through this role, I aim to unite diverse communities, empower women, and create spaces where we can learn from each other, grow together, and enjoy life fully. We’ll explore the rich cultural and tourist gems of the Midlands—some of which many may not even know exist—and build lasting bonds through shared experiences and meaningful activities.
🌍 Integration of Women Across Cultures – A Movement for All This is more than a volunteering role—it’s a movement for every IWAC woman in every corner of the UK. Many have never experienced the vibrancy of London or the hidden treasures of the Midlands, and that’s why we’re planning meaningful activities that bring us together in joy, discovery, and sisterhood. Through IWAC, we’re uncovering the power of integration, connection, and collective strength.
To every woman across the West Midlands and beyond: we are the people. Every one of us matters. Every one of us is valued. This is the life let’s live it together.
